With all living beings, comes a time where their time on this earth ends, where they cease to exist, death. For my cat, Gabby, that time has come. Death has taken her, so I have made this project to mourn her loss. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- She has, unfortunately, died. My dad took her to the vet to take her down on Monday, April 6th. We can all mourn her loss with this project. We will, though, have her ashes in an urn, so we can still have her with us. She has been a part of my life since I was born. My parents got her before I was born, so she was alive for a while; at least 100 years (in cat years). This isn't the first cat I've lost, nor the first living being. I lost my cat, Tots, in probably 2022, maybe later, maybe earlier. I lost my grandpa in, I believe, 2024, I lost my dad's dad, in which I called him Pop, in, I think, 2023. My grandma died before I was born, and I lost my Nana in, I believe, 2022, at least. It's very hard to say goodbye to someone, or something, that you love, but, unfortunately, it is now time to say goodbye to another living being in my life, my cat. She is my last remaining pet. I used to have a dog, but, rather than dying, I believe we had to send him to an animal shelter, since he was too mean and feisty. So, in the comments, you can say farewell to Gabby, and I will say farewell, too. Goodbye, Gabby, my beloved cat. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- "You know, the hardest thing is to say goodbye to someone you love; that's the hardest thing." -Damon Albarn/2-D/Stuart Pot
