[chapter 10: Astro] ‘…what was he doing?…why would he do it?..H-he wouldn’t…would he..? No..could he? H- Astro started to go deep into his thoughts. Last thing he remembered was going to sleep. Now, he’s strapped to a bed, and he didn’t feel very good. He had a feeling this had to be connected to…’him’. He looked around. It was like..a laboratory? Next to him he saw a computer of some sort. ‘The garden disease. Subject: Astro. Processing..’ He wanted to scream..but he didn’t. In the corner he saw a familiar shadow. The more he squinted the more he knew who it was. Dandy. “Hello, Astro.” “Dandy..?” He answered back. He knew dandy wouldn’t stop. After all, the sparkle in his eyes shown he was ready. He was..happy. (Dandy) “Please don’t do this..” “I’m sorry. But there’s no turning back” ‘Processed’ “Please..No..” “I’m sorry.” *SCREAM* Then, a door slammed open. “ASTRO!” It was Shelly and Sprout. When they saw Dandy, they knew it was too late. “No..” Shelly started crying and sobbing. Sprout, he was just frozen in fear. They didn’t arrive in time. Astro’s not ‘himself’ anymore. Sprout came back to reality. “Shelly..we have to go. Dandy, where is the others..?” “Like I’d ever tell you. But I don’t need them. I have Astro. They are behind the lab. I’ll get you and the others later.” Before Dandy could change his mind, sprout grabbed Shelly and..the unconscious bodies, and ran back to base with Shelly. “CONNIE! OPEN THE GATE!” “Huh..? O-oh! It’s them!” Connie ran, or should I say, floated, to the gate. *Crank* “quick guys!” She noticed Shelly was crying, then, she realised. “…Where’s Astro.”
