I hate it when any content creators say they're quitting as an April Fools Day joke. It's overused. It isn't and never was funny. It isn't creative. It can actually scare people. Why do you think that it's funny? How could have possibly been funny? There are people who actually think that you're quitting. People can get angry when they realize that you're joking. Even if you're a small creator it can have an effect. You can get hate for it. People can unfollow for it. If you're actually quitting, what are you doing? Can't you pick another day? People will get annoyed. They'll think you're joking. People have used that joke too much. It's no longer unique and people are tired of it. Stop it. I've actually thought that people were quitting. I've gotten scared by it. I hate it. ... This is part of why I hate April Fools Day.
