terms of service by owning a design of mine/commissioning me you automatically agree to this tos my tos can change/update at any time about design/art use - redesigns are ok, please keep design similar to the original - please don't edit my art, if you want something please dm - in addition to ^ don't trace my art - I don't allow co-owns on any of my designs - if oc was free/gift, you can only resell if commissioned art is added - in addition to ^ you may gift my designs to others - unless its a payment plan, all money is upfront only - without added art, don't sell design for more than its original worth - taking light inspo off of my designs are ok! about offers - please reply to last bid when offering money, even if ab - ab 2 overrides regular ab - if using a payment plan, please let me know if you cant pay anymore! I will refund your money back - if offering art, and tat passed without you finishing, I have the right to put the design back up - I will only offer refunds if it was a mistake by me, or you can't complete your payment plan about commissions - tat varies depending on my schedule, usually max 2 months (but if I need more time I will let you know) - I will let you know on my progress every 2-3 days, if you don't want that/want something else, please let me know!
