Cassandra “Cassie” When a fire burned down her home and took her family, the flames seemed to selectively burn her right eye, which mysteriously turned purple, with a star shaped scar seared into it. From that day onward, something changed. She started sputtering out nonsensical words, muttering to herself. The things she said would coincidentally sometimes come true. The children in the orphanage called her the Mad Prophet.
She’s aware of the 4th wall and nobody believes her. She is aware she is in a hunger game role play where mysterious entities (role players) control everyone’s lives. She can see what the roleplayers say about characters and is going crazy. She can see this and knows she will one day be reaped into the hunger games. She can basically see past and present information about tributes and make her predictions. She tries to warn people about the truth but nobody believes a child. To cope with knowing spoilers about the future she sometimes looks into the past and critiques the author and judges past tributes in a objective way, she writes that in a little notebook. "This so-called writer needs to stop making their characters be shameless references to tropes!"
