Same launch on TVRI, RCTI was launched during the Indonesian National Revolution on August 24, 1945. In 1957, RCTI made their new logo, for Eurovision Song Contest from 1957 to 1964. Later in 1964, RCTI made their new logo. Then in 1978, RCTI made their new logo too during Eurovision Song Contest 1978.
