Q: Give me a summary of your current wip's plot A: Fights is about a young teenage girl, Daia (nickname for Dahlia) who has really life-like dreams where she's a magical creature, a fairy-elf adventurer. She knows that these dreams are weird, but she doesn't do anything about it because she really enjoys them. Until one day, Dallam (her fairy-elf self) gets cursed in the dream and loses all her magic, so she ends up being your average girl Daia in both the dream and real life. While she's trying to end this curse with her best friend, Théta in the dream world, she realizes that it affected her in the real world as well. So what she thought was just a silly dream adventure, turned out to be actually a second life she was living this whole time... 23. Q: How do you come up with characters? A: I beg to my brain until it gives me something to work with. Then I wait months to collect little tidbits about the character I randomly think of when I'm bored, and poof they have a personality. 24. Q: How do you come up with character names? A: Sighh you don't wanna know... I take random words from any language, eg. Dallam, Csepp, Árny - Hungarian, Daia, Nei - gibberish (or so I thought), Nonó, Kiki - actual names, Shai - twisted English (from "Shadow" ), Ketüd, Csente - ancient Hungarian, Théta - Greek, etc... And I have a page in my notebook where I collect random names I hear/read and like -- I hardly ever used those tho. 25. Q: When is your main character's birthday? A: Lemme check... July 5th (Daia) 26. Q: Cereal A: No thanks, I just ate 27. Q: Do you like having background noise while you write? (music, white noise, tv, etc) A: Nope, not really, music distracts me, the only thing that's okay is when I'm in public and the background noise ppl make around me 28. Q: What's your wpm? A: Wow, that's a new term. Well... I don't count it, sometimes I write a whole page without lifting my pen up but other times I struggle finishing a sentence for 5 minutes, or write 1-2 words per minute so it's really depends on what I'm currently trying to write XD 29. Q: Romace? A: Romance and yes, but only if it's not the main point of the story. Give me my fantasy adventure with the characters slowly falling for each other :D (the only romance writer I tolerate is Laura Leiner cuz her slice of life books have a main storyline and the romance happens while the characters are doing something USEFUL instead of just trying to get together) 30.
