Heh I couldn’t resist I had to this photo lolz. :) Photo was taken by: China Daily (i think, that where i got it from) ————————————————————————— 1. The notes I took :> (I’ve never used a reference before lol; other than in art trades) 2. I mapped it the parts of the cat in space ^^ (the stomach, leg muscles, tail, paws, chest, etc.) 3. Drew a sketch using the shapes from the notes. Shhh ignore the fact that I started line art on the sketch T^T. 4. LINE ART. Decided that I didn’t like the where the tail was so i moved it. I also gave him a diff. expression 5-6. Base coat + patterns 7. Background, lighting, + shading 8. Extra details VERY open to constructive criticism.
