Okay. this is a little different from what I usually post,(those once-in-a-fortnight episodes) and it's kind of religious, but I think you guys should read it just the same. Lately, things have been pretty wonky all over the place. Nothing terrible, but confusing nonetheless. I'm not leaving, not by a long shot. Don’t worry about that yet. But things like that tend to get me thinking: Why is hardship such a prominent thing in our lives? Is it to test us? For us to know what we can deal with and what we can’t? No. At least, I don’t think so. But whether it’s other people or just situations you’ve stumbled into, you’re going to have to face a wall of hard things that you might not know how to deal with. And that’s okay. People will tell you that achieving your dreams is nonsense. Ludicrous. They will always be there. You’ll always hear them. And sometimes, you don’t always get what you want, when or how you want it. Sometimes things go upside down and fall down the rabbit hole too fast for you to even react, let alone stop it. That’s happened to me, too. But we can get past anything. And you're not always going to be alone. Someone out there will have known what you’re going through. Felt what you’re feeling. I’m going to get a little religious here so if you don’t want to hear this skip to the next paragraph, but I know that you are loved more purely than you can ever imagine. There was a man, so, so many years ago, who knew you. Knew your pain. Who loves you and calls you by name. Every day. He wants you to feel his glory. See in his light. And his name is Jesus Christ. Easter isn’t about the rabbits or the baskets or the eggs filled with candy. It’s about the biggest sacrifice ever made. And it was made for you. So I just want you guys to know, however many people are reading this, whether it’s one person or one hundred, you are seen, and you are loved. Happy Easter. He is risen.
