I tried to rank these as fairly as possible by using 4 criteria (quality, content, charm, and effort) and rating each sign-up out of 10 for each category. I then added up each sign-up's score and ranked the characters based on that. (btw please don't take it to heart if you're not happy with the rank your sign-up got, this is based on my personal criteria and opinions. i'm probably not the best person to rank these objectively)
