CREDITS: The original game was created by Devsisters and Studio FreshDoh! I do not own the rights to anything in this game. I would recommend you check out the original game, but it's been delisted from the Meta Quest store. Technically without pirating the game, (which is what I had to do to get some of the things I used in this game), this is the only way to play the game legally, (Unless Devsisters strike this game down). BACKGROUND: The original game, known as "CookieRun: The Darkest Night" is a first person VR title, developed to release alongside the launch of the Meta Quest 3. It was developed by Devsisters, Studio FreshDoh!, and Meta Quest. It was delisted from the Meta Quest store in 2025, and soon after, had the servers at Dev sister shut down, effectively killing the game. This is not only a recreation of the game, but also a love letter to the entirety of the CookieRun franchise. I don't want to sound mean, but from what I've seen, I'm one of the only ones still advocating for the release of Chapters 2 & 3. The CookieRun wiki doesn't even have it listed as one of the main games when going to the home page. UPDATES: Version 1.0.1 (05/21/26 10:18 A.M) 1. Literally just disabled the settings button in the pause menu, cause I forgot to do that before launch Version 1.0.0 (05/18/26 2:45 P.M) 1. Everything from the start of the game up to escaping from the Oven 2. Working combat system 3. Holy, a settings menu on launch! Whoever heard of such a thing? 4. Placeholders will be updated later 5. The "Battle+Rush" mode will come out soon, I just want to finish "The Bakery" first. 6. Yes, some of the game past where the demo cuts off is in this game, I didn't release it, because I wish to finish "The Bakery" before I release what's already made.
