As of the moment, Spania is currently easing the Madridyan populace into this new chapter of history. For the time being, Immigration of non-Zala'iyan peoples and non-secular Scientologists is heavily restricted, exceptions being of the Internationale Military for policing 'aggressive regions' and the Hispanic populations in Zala'iyan Antarctica. The Madridyan identity and it's terminology are slowly being widened by dictionary switching and introduction of codewords and trends into the public consciousness. Public institutions are to be made specifically based around establishing the Spanian identity and revitalizing regionalism through...Cuisine. The Guia Repsol is brought back from the dead as an organization given government funding to highlight foods across Iberia. Spania has four broad goals for it's second tenure of the rulers of Iberia: 1. Bring Iberia into the wider global web through positive diplomatic relations and trade, starting with the Internationale. The Maruzuko World Operatives will continue operations as the Embassies of the Sirens (EotS), and will exclusively focus on government filibustering. 2. Divide and abscise the Madridyan identity into a wider Zala'iyan identity to more or less kill Madridya as a ethnicity in Iberia. 3. Reestablish the Madridyan Space Program, make contact with Zala'iya in Andromeda, and ensure the sustained survival of the Zala'iyan peoples across the Galaxy. 4. Restore the Spanish culture into existence by using the Hispanic genepool in Antarctica. Regional identities will be given more emphasis and spots in the Spanian government. 5. Break into the Noosphere via the Quinacridone Memetics Society and, through [REDACTED], alter the cycle and fufill the Madridyan prophecy by bruteforce.
