So I got my copy of Warriors graphic novel The Prophecy Begins part 3 of 3 today and I would like to talk about it. Parpersonally I found it absolutely amazing! and definetly the best book so far I love how vibrent these books colors are and I as someone with a artist for a mother and can seem to see more colors then the majorety of the human population I really appreciate how much Natalie Riess and Sarah Goetter seperate the colors in these books and how vibrent they make them. In this one especially it might just be me but I felt that they were especially vibrent. I did feel like there was a lack of proper spotlight on Scourge before his.....passing but I'm not sure if that was from the original books or not so I won't hold it against Ms.Goetter or Ms.Riess(at least I BELIEVE they are both female not quite sure). Similarly I felt Tigerclaw/star was not really the main villian he used to be in this last book making for a bit of an unsatisifying end in my opinion but again most likely a choice from erin Hunter so not a complaint towards Ms.Riess or Ms.Goetter. For the actual story done by Erin Hunter I found Bi00bclan to have been unnecessery the story was fine without them and it was cramming Scourge into a spot in the story where he didn't belong. Scourge and Bi00bclan should've come in at a seperate point in the story and been the main antagonists instead. For the cover I LOVE it it seems they were going to keep the reddish orange no matter what and Tigerstar/claw certainly works best with it however the story does not focus enough on him for me to feel like he deserved it he deserved his own cover, yes but this book was not right for that. The story should have removed Scourge and had much more off Tigerstar perhaps even sharring his past and motives after all I was really hoping to find out about Tigerclaw's past and yet all we got was this ONE LINE from Smallear mentioning that he disliked feeding the elders as an apprentice and nothing more. I think Bluestar would have made more sense for the cover as she played a more then key role in the story even more then Tigerstar and almost more then Firestar. I would also like to talk about how Bluestar was SO relatable for me I am pretty insanely paranoid and have broken faith for those around me as well so getting to watch Bluestar go through struggles like my own and even overcome them(although the overcoming part lacked a little something) made me so joyful and filled me with hope. Over all I give this book an 8 out of 10 could be better but still absolutely amazing.
