this is just roko except motivepower worked with bombardier to somewhat merge her with a bi level car, then gave her a new graham white e-bell, gave her a brand new fresh engine and kept her alongside the SC-44 chargers overall (but still kept her good ol paint scheme, just with some newer stuff added, plus they gave her a fresh power wash and got rid of all the rust and grime) every other f40ph would later get this treatment, as she was the only "f40ph" in service while all the others were getting modified, this took about 4 years to complete btw. (the last train, 2102, finally left the pennsylvania shops in september of 2025, while 2105 was the first one to be completed in may of 2023) i honestly really like this- (cry about it if you find this very cursed.)
