It's not really anything really . Just the soundtrack from Blurryface , if you don't know who they are then you should listen to them . They are called Twenty Øne Piløts and they are the best band ever . They have 4 albums : Blurryface Vessel Regional at best Twenty one pilots ( self titled ) and if you want to include No phun intended ( Tylers album )
