Turbowarp recommended - starting up the project can cause some lag... arrow keys to move, z to jump, x to attack, x + arrow keys for directional attacks, c to dash, z when in air to double jump, a to heal, and s to crystal heart.
**************************WARNING:************************ This is(and will be) incredibly difficult, and should NOT be attempted if your platforming skills are not honed. The only reason I am doing this is because I am way too good at this kind of platforming for some reason :/ so I decided to basically build the Path of Pain. Of course, it's not accurate in any way, it's my own custom work, and it's definitely not complete. I was originally going to wait until it was nearing completion to post, but I decided to give a bit of a showcase. I really hope it's not way too hard. I wish that it had sounds and music, but unfortunately, I don't have the time nor resources to implement any sounds into the project, which is a real shame, because listening to the path of pain music(yes you can actually listen to it) while doing this gives a very accurate vibe of the whole thing. Also, only having the music without the other sounds doesn't make it sound nearly as good as it could be, but I have to make do with what I got. And once I'm done with the Path of Ouch, I might make another path if I have space...
