- IF YOUR MENU DOESN'T WORK, REFRESH THE PAGE - It's a bug that's out of my control... see "Notes and Credits" section for details. - CONTROLS - TEXT: -Use "Q" to progress dialogue. -Use "E" to auto-finish dialogue (a real time saver when repeating!) MAIN MENU: -Use the mouse in the Main Menu to select the phase and click on the one you want. OVERWORLD CONTROLS: -Use A and D keys to control the human. BATTLE CONTROLS: Sans's Turn: Use WASD keys to move your soul. Player's Turn: Use arrow keys to move yourself to a button, then press "Q" to select. Keep selecting things in the menu until it's not your turn, or press "E" to go back. NOTE: The "Mercy" button does not work. That's intentional as in this game you're doing a genocide run where you kill everything. If you choose to fight (fighting is the only way to progress the fight), press "Q" again to attack. BATTLE MECHANICS: Soul: Red - Use WASD keys to move around normally. Blue - There is gravity in whichever direction your soul is facing. Press the corresponding WASD key to jump, and use the other two WASD keys to move side to side. Attacks: White - These attacks always deal damage, so try not to hit these. Blue - These attacks only hurt you if you're moving when you touch them. For blue attacks, stay still. Orange - These attacks only hurt you if you're not moving when you touch them. For orange attacks, keep moving. Screen Rotation: During Phases 2 and 3, your screen may flip. This may be confusing at first, as it takes some getting used to. For example, let's say that the screen is flipped 180 degrees (upside down). When you press the up arrow key, you still move up, but since your screen is upside down, from YOUR PERSPECTIVE, you're moving down, so it feels like the controls are reversed. If the screen is rotated 90 degrees (to the right), when you press the W arrow key, you still move up, but from your perspective, you're moving right. I know it can be a little confusing, but if you're lost, you'll figure it out eventually if you stick with it. :)
