SISTERS --------------- lore (I made it up) ----------------------------- The two sisters in this animation are named Jules and Carmen, Jules being the oldest. The people in this animation that are referred to as "they" are called "The Fun-time Institute". The Fun-time Institute are a society of entities that worship beings that are powerful and destroy or even enslave those that aren't. In this story, Jules and Carmen are orphans and live in separate sections of an apartment building. Carmen had the lower section. The only rule Jules gave Carmen to follow was to not open the door to anyone who wasn't expected or invited. Carmen, being young and uneducated, opened the door to The Fun-time Institute. Now, you see, the sisters were not that powerful, and because of this, The Fun-time Institute had come to enslave them. The Fun-time Institute was somehow not aware that there were two beings at this apartment: they only knew Carmen was there, and she had happened to answer the door. And now it's Jules's job to find and bring her home...
