This is one of the hilarious decorations of SCarowinds. Every night SCarowinds is up, they put these eyes in Carolina Skytower, which was their first attraction ever, and then they dispatch it, and these eyes glare at everyone in the park and beyond. When I saw these eyes for the first time, I was entering Camp Snoopy, I turned around and LAUGHED SO HARD....
