Today, I want you to find somebody that always smiles. Then, I want you to wonder, is that smile fake? Then, you should go up to them and ask them, "are you actually okay?" Most likely, they will say "yeah, I'm fine." And if they say that then they are either actually fine or they've just practiced saying it. And whatever they say, listen closely how they say it, listen to their voice, and watch their face expression. Today, you can make a change.
