Similar to the Schwerer Gustav of WW2, the Alicorn is less of an "upgrade" to my Navy, and more like a novelty item. Its kinda there to fit one niche, and otherwise just kinda exists to look cool. So NO, I will not make more, and NO, you can't buy it. Thanks :)
