We can completely understand the fact that Communism can liberate your workers, and that you won't get much. However, much like capitalism, your stuff will be taken away if you don't work. That is why you must become socialist. You can promise your people will get necessities, such as food, water, etc, without having your people work. If they want luxuries, they will buy them, thus stimulating economic growth. However, the basic needs and stuff will get rid of the majority of social classes.
