Welcome to this litter, Shadows in a gust! The reason it is named that, is because they are in MeadowClan (hence, a gust of wind) but some of them have deep darkness in their hearts. Here is the description of them all: Larkstream // "My only goal in life is to help the clan prosper." // Nickname: Larky // Larkstream is the mother of the kits. She is a loyal cat, so loyal, that the clan means more to her than her kits. While she would do a lot to keep her kits safe, her first loyalty is always to the clan. Thus, she is not the BEST of mothers. // Strength: Would do anything to protect the clan. // Weakness: Doesn't see when the clan is in the wrong, because she is too focused on loyalty. Russetfang // "If it was up to me, I wouldn't talk to you at all." // Nickname: No cat dares to nickname this cat // Russetfang is the father of the kits. He is impulsive, hot-headed, and despises his kits. If it weren't for his love for Larkstream, he would never interact with the kits, and try to get them to leave the clan. He is a HORRIBLE father, often stating to the kits that he was, 'better off without them'. // Strength: A great warrior and one of the best fighters in the clan // Weakness: Wouldn't lift a claw to protect any kits, which leaves the clan questioning his loyalty. Aspenkit // "Why inflict pain when you can inflict joy?" // Nickname: Little drop of joy // Aspenkit is the first-born of the litter, and most wise. She often calms conflicts, and is good at keeping the peace. The only way to make her not be peaceful is by putting down one of her litter mates. She believes that the life of a warrior is much too violent, hoping to be a medicine cat, and despising the simple conflicts over things so trivial. // Strength: Good at keeping peace. // Weakness: Doesn't want to fight, even to protect herself. Orbitkit // "His love means nothing to me." // Nickname: Planet BOO HOO (His father made that one up to despise him) // Orbitkit is the second-born kit of the litter. He realized before any of his littermates that his father despised all of them, and hates his father right back. He is more angered by his father than anyone, and, even when he finally gets told by his father that he loves him, he responds that he didn't even want his love in the first place. Secretly, behind his facade of being so angry, he is downcast, and dejected. // Strength: Doesn't worry about being liked. // Weakness: Can't tell when he is being mean or not. Duskkit // "I have to prove who I truly am!" // Nickname: Dusky // Third born of the litter, Duskkit feels over-looked. She is desperate to prove to her father that she is worthy of his love, and cries herself to sleep, out of despair. Duskkit is kind, upbeat, and thoughtful, but behind that, she is desperate to prove she is wonderful. // Strength: Is able to understand others' pain. Basically, has empathy. // Weakness: Desperate to prove herself, maybe too desperate. Foxkit // "I only care when... Oh wait, I don't." // Nickname: Despicable (Another creative name by her father) // Foxkit is the fourth born of the litter, and is more like her father than any of the other kits. However, because of this, her and her father often argue, and it ends with her stalking off, head held high, leaving him with a nasty comment. She doesn't care what others think of her, because she believes that their opinion is never true. // Strength: Doesn't care what others think. // Weakness: Doesn't care what others think. Swiftkit // "Who said I can't pay attention- OOH BUTTERFLY!" // Nickname: Doesn't pay attention long enough to get a nickname :| // Swiftkit suffers from ADHD, which often leads her to get easily distracted. She never listens to the end of a conversation, and the only cat who can keep her attention is her sister Foxkit, who is overly caring for her. // Strength: Doesn't mind what other cats think of her. // Weakness: Gets distracted very, VERY easily. Nettlekit // "What does beauty matter to me? Not like I can see it." // Nettlekit is the final kit of the litter. However, because of how many kits Larkstream had to supply for, Nettlekit was not fully nourished, and lost his eyesight at a very young age. Now, he hangs out with Orbitkit, who is his best friend. He has a snarky attitude due to his jealousy of not being normal. Cats often bully him. // Strength: Is determined to be a warrior NO MATTER WHAT. // Weakness: Is blind.
