Hey, Scratchers!! Here is a poem by me for a writing contest!!! The Unexpected Realization By chickenwingsmiku Sitting in abandonment, near the local lake, I explored the mysteries of my mental chambers. Unexpectedly, definitely, I noticed the majestic presence of a white swan wading. Oh how I adored your gilded white silky feathers and the pink pigment in your gazing eyes, as I jumped foolishly in the waters of joy reaching you. However the tables turned quickly in my surprise as the pleasures faded and the angelic figure backed away in terror as I looked down in the shimmering waters. In sorrow, another surprise awaited me as I discovered the corrupted monster I was In my burdened reflection. A black swan.
