Ok, we need to ALL agree on what's happening or going to happen, without people coming up and trying to change the story all at once, cause this happens a lot, and I hate it NOTE: The story is pretty much up to the current owner, and you can't force them to do anything (you can politely ask ONCE and that's it). If we're talking about a specific point, then it's up to the owner who had it during that period. For example, if we're talking about the beginning of time, then I have the final say, if we're talking about the future, then Explain has the final say in it.
