Almost procrastinated too close to the sun haha... I really like mollusks, and birds are also kind of cool, so I combined them into two creatures! There are Felchettes, which infest forests at night, and Sodrids, which are kind of just vultures but shhhh. Extra information: The fur-like spines of these creatures are made of calcium carbonate, similarly to snail shells. Although I drew them with flat colors, both these creatures would likely have patterns on their spines, Felchettes especially. So you can deviate a bit in terms of appearances and whatnot. Felchettes are not very smart, and do not make good pets. They also like to click a lot to attract mates. Sodrids are comparatively smarter, but are still comedically easy to fool. Just by laying down in an open field you can get one to come right to you. They also have better eyesight than Felchettes, and even have spiny eyelashes. Some refer to Sodrids as "The Blanket of The Dead" due to their tendency to flock around passed animals, completely covering them with their bodies. Allegedly this facilitates passing on to the beyond, granting one final comfort before the soul departs, but that's just a theory....... A GAME THEO-
