Being an RP manager: 1. Helping monitor the RP studio for rule‑breaking, confusion, or chaos. 2. Answering questions about RP rules, characters, and how to join. 3. Helping settle small conflicts calmly and professionally. 5. Posting RP updates or prompts when activity slows down. 6. Checking in at least 4+ times a week to keep the RP alive. 7. Staying kind, patient, and fair to all students and RPers. 8. Communicating with principals if issues arise or if you need support. 9. You cannot delete students or remove people from the academy. 10. You cannot override principal or teacher decisions. 11. You cannot do student, principal, or teacher duties unless you officially hold that role. 12. You must follow all RP and academy rules at all times.
