TW FOR DANGANRONPA SPOILERS (all games) this will be updated from time to time bc why not ik no one checks out the projects on this acc but whatever I want to yap anyways 2x2 is coming this year so I'll 1. make fanart because the v2 cast is probs my fav and 2. why not and there are a bunch of peeps doing predictions so I'll join the train too!!! but I'm way too biased towards certain characters so uhh I didn't hyperanalyze + this is just my gut instinct and some bias let's go yay (I put hajime and chiaki first bc why not + these are kinda grouped based on plot and slight favoritism as in my two favs are at the very end so I can yap abt them more) 1. hajime bro's the protagonist of the og v2 so either: - he's still the protag and will always be and is still izuru duh - he "dies" in chapter 1 (aka he's kaede) and shows up in the end as izuru and is emo and the future foundation gets to meet izuru idk and mahiru becomes protag anyways bro better have that iconic orange juice if they take that away then I'm gonna crash out (ultimate orange juice :fire:) 2. chiaki she'll get more interactions and have a different role and more stuff to say in trials but I think she's going to have majorly the same plot as she had in the OC v2 (in-game chiaki being an AI and the traitor + being executed in ch5) because if it wasn't that way it would kind of alter the plot. a lot 3. peko people theorize that she's gonna survive/get more character development outside of the whole fuyuhiko plot and I agree and want to see that I love peko's execution but I want to see more of her character too lol 4. fuyuhiko if peko's gonna get character development outside of this guy's plot then this guy's dead meat (rip) I kinda see him killing someone but at the same time I can also see someone killing him (imagine if mahiru kills him haha karma) 5. mahiru based on the fact that it's a new scenario I'd assume the motives are different so peko and fuyuhiko likely don't kill her over the twilight syndrome murder case but besides that I can't say too much I know the mahiru superfans want to see more of her and I agree she's kinda underwhelming plot-wise and I'd probs like her better if she had better plot plus I feel like she n nagito are the most likely protag candidates if hajimemes dies 6. hiyoko I think everyone can agree she died WAY to early in the og and ended up being pretty bland + hated as a character as much as I find the thought of anyone getting killed by this lil gremlin funny I think she'll survive + have character development also PLEASE make her design her post growth spur design here her being short ahh doesn't make a lot of sense here 7. teruteru oh how I wish this guy died in chapter 1 again but probably not anyways if he doesn't we'll just have to hope for the better and hope he gets character development and stops being like. weird (iykyk) anyways his va cooked with the accent in the OG we need that again please devs 8. nekomaru honestly I have no idea whether this dude will live or die or whatever I don't really care I'm not one of the 5 nekomaru fans in existence but PLEASE don't make him a clanker and then kill him off not even a chapter later please man that was so depressing 9. akane she survived in the OG so she probably won't this time I can see her killing someone ngl look at ultimate despair akane she can totally do that I also feel like she'd kill weaponless. just an idea yk also this ain't happening but spike chunsoft PLEASE GIVE HER A REDESIGN AND PLOT RELEVANCE I'M BEGGING YOU her current design is straight up kinda fanservice and doesn't fit her character and said character is kinda boring and almost has as little plot relevance as yasuhiro hagakure does in thh bro (even freaking kazuichi has more plot relevance) 10. imposter/twogami again he's probs not gonna get killed off in chapter one... he's kinda the "I won't let anyone get killed" dude so I think it would be interesting for him to fail and watch as classmates die then kinda snap??? idk I'm not that much of a fan of this guy but I sure do feel like he has a lot of plot potential but he freakin died in chapter 1 of the og 11. mikan the motives are different I'm guessing and without mikan remembering junko in this equation there's honestly NO way she's killing anyone this time around I feel like she'd get killed though... remember guys the medic always gets targeted + I don't feel like she's in the "desperately needs character development" train 12. sonia she's so gonna kill someone she likes dark stuff (relatable ngl) + she'd be good at cleaning up her crimes and making it seem like she didn't do it. plus she's a princess so an execution would be interesting I guess + of course the kazuichi/gundham plot is gonna happen LOL (cont. in n+c)
13. kazuichi ok I think this guy is too much of a wimp to kill anyone in fear of being caught and executed but I biasedly want him to get executed because he's kinda an interesting character and it would be cool to see him react to all of that n crash out + I want to see what kind of execution he'd get because there's a ton of possibilities he's a freaking mechanic he survived the og so the plot gods ain't smiling on him so might as well just have him die via execution to make things cooler LOL 14. gundham hey I like gundham too but I don't think he's surviving this he's either going to murder someone or be an assistant in a murder maybe because if you think of it hamsters who obey your command are a super good way to murder someone, get the things you need to hide the evidence complete, and generally help you with stuff and hey he comes back due to izuru kamukura no matter what happens so whatever (unless they change the plot/this is post dr3 and after they go back to le island and they don't get plot armor but that would just be sad) 15. nagito(e) he's either gonna a. survive or b. pull off what he did in the OG though if he doesn't pull off an og then idk how the chiaki plot will work... somehow ig??? anyways I feel like he'd have more involvement in murder cases here too like he did in the first murder in the OG and of course he's gonna seem sus this is nagito gang :heartbreak: also please don't komahina vomit on us devs we have enough romanceish stuff in this game already (and hiyoko x mahiru is better change my mind) 16. ibuki if my queen and my favorite danganronpa character ever ibuki mioda doesn't survive I WILL crash out she deserves to survive every chapter and have interactions and stuff and be peak PLEASE devs give her more interactions give her more screen time give her more moments give her more lore if she has to die make it interesting please man please make in an execution I can dissect if I can if not then I will tweak out in conclusion I'm a pessimist and I don't think pretty much anyone is gonna survive but I biasedly hope my favs get good plot
