well you did something that made you stuck here and there is only one way to get out of the backrooms to get all ten stars anyway here are the controls m:map shows the enemy's following you you can also drag the squares when the map is toggled for the enemy's to go to where ever you want. fov is your zoom res is your wall thickness arrow keys or wasd to move space to jump fps is frames per second pointer lock at the middle of the screen or l key if you start spinning uncontrollably put the crosshair in the middle of your screen for pointer lock hold l and that's it enjoy!.
