Only official flags are Kansas City, St Louis, and Missouri Rhineland, i took creative liberty on deciding the rest. before someone tries to debate this i am a Missourian myself so i think i know my own states cultural boundaries. :REASONS: Missouri Rhineland: A lot of Germans moved there resulting in a mix of German and american culture giving it a distinct culture (which is gradually dying but there is efforts to fix it) and its own German dialect known as Hermann German which to German speakers sounds like German but with an american accent. New Dixie: Highest concentration of Slaves in the entirety of Missouri during slavery. Southern Missouri: Self-Explanatory. Ozarkia: Closely tied to Southern Culture, Spills over into Oklahoma, Illinois (Maybe), Arkansas, and maybe Kansas depending on who you ask since it formed based on the Ozarks unique climate. St Louis: Formed around the City of St Louis. Kansas City: Formed around the Cities of Kansas City, and Independence. Northern Missouri: Not much happens here really, essentially just lower Iowa.
Everything that isn't Ozarkia or southern Missouri is Midwestern culturally, while Southern Missouri and Ozarkia are southern culturally. The 3 most important ones are Kansas City, St Louis, and Missouri Rhineland.
