[ Click or Space to proceed through images ] 1. YUH THAT’S RIGHT I’M WORKING ON RENDERING MY ART AGAIN, ARTIST AMBER IS MAKING A COMEBACK. Life is good right now—busy (kinda), but good. I’m determined not to lose my favorite hobbies :3. I probs would have made more digital art, but I lost my Apple Pencil :’) and then I got fed up with not knowing where it was and bought a newer one which was not cheap… AND THE MODEL I BOUGHT DOES NOT HAVE PRESSURE SENSITIVITY ???? APPLE. WHY WOULD YOU MAKE A $70 APPLE PENCIL WITH NO PRESSURE SENSITIVITY !?!?!?!? Sorry this just happened so I’m still heated about it- But anyways, this is Amber Sky in her mouse form looking like a doofus. Only one brain cell active it seems.. (or none. Head be empty sometimes) 2. Colored Rexie sketch. It doesn’t look exactly like her (too ‘cool’ looking, the real Rexie tries really hard to look cool but is inescapably a neurotic mentally ill dork) (uhh who doesn’t reflect me, the one who wrote her, at all-) 3-5. Rexie sketch, the second version w/ simple coloring is my favorite and I really like it. Then I started rendering it, and I don’t think the rendering looks *bad*, I just think it doesn’t look like Rexie anymore.. it is difficult for me to draw my characters and have them both look good and look like themselves!! (My fellow artists, do you also struggle w this ???) (also ignore that one hand LOL, I did not ever *finish* rendering--) 6. Akari doodle~ V low effort but for whatever reason I really like this one lol 7. Started trying to make a little animation w Amber in mouse form, heck knows if I’ll ever finish it…. 8. Rexie in fox form. Another sketch that was meant to be an animation frame, but like, I’ve been having a really hard time getting the motivation to animate. I really want to get back into it tho!!! Internally hyping myself up ! 9. Was trying to draw Rexie around age 17-18 because that’s a time period I didn’t flesh out. (me when I forget the major plot point that my character WAS MISSING AN EYE FOR MULTIPLE YEARS) 10. (I then remembered that her eye was missing at that time) 11-13. Was at a jazz concert and this one guy had a really satisfying and slightly geometric shape to him, so I was doodling him (very normal not creepy!!! All pro artists do this it’s called sketching from life B) ) 14. Different guy I wasn’t as good at drawing him tho so I won’t show you the rest of my sketches because they aren’t good enough and as an artist I only want to show you the art I’m not embarrassed of so I can trick you into thinking I’m better than I actually am !!!! *that was a run-on sentence. It’s bad grammar. Don’t be like me, kids* 15. Rexie doodle she looks so smug lol 16.
