Here is some art of ribbit. After I saw her in episode 9 trailer I HAD to draw her. Okay time for theory 1: So in episode 4 at the end gangle almost gets hit by a truck but Caine saves her. Then during her torture sequence in episode 8 she gets hit by another truck. So what if she got hit by a truck in the real world and Caine saving her could be like how they put her conscience into the circus as she was dying to save some part of her. But wait, when Jax is doing his break down at the end of episode 7 it shows a road with a truck on it. So what is HE is the one who hit gangle? Maybe that's why gangle is kinda scared of Jax. Theory 2: So when Jax looked at Ribbit's door his pupils got really big, which people theorize mean he is dissociating. And when he looks at Kaufmo door he glares angrily at it, like something happened between him and Kaufmo. This is in episode 6 & 7 I think. Also in episode 6 Jax gets really upset when Pmni (sorry I spelled that weird, scratch said it was a bad word) accuses him of being a reason people abstract. So what if he and Ribbit got in a fight of some sort because as Jax said in episode 6, people get really unpleasant before they abstract. So maybe Jax did something to ribbit that made her abstract and Jax blames himself for it. Thats why his eyes dissociate. Then maybe some other members of the circus blamed him for her abstraction, especially Kaufmo because they were friends. So when Kaufmo started abstracting he blamed Jax more and more and Jax once again snapped at him leading him to abstract, so now Jax blames himself for everyones abstracting. But based on @peanutbutterdogcats 's theory (which is super cool and you should check out) we might be able to see inside Jax's memories in episode 8 and find out what happened! :D Also I would like to point out that the floor of the circus is a chessboard and in chess the most powerful piece, the queen, (aka Queenie) is killed to help win the game and to win the game you have to kill the king (aka Kinger) so... Okay you can leave now that was a lot sorry :P
