Well, if I’m going to turn into a moth, might as well go all the way! ;] This is my process of making a mothman mask! Honestly my best mask yet, I love it sm <3 anyway, enjoy! 1. Tracing eyes and ear cutouts 2. He bald 3. Eye shaping + a lil sketch comparison 4. Taped eyes to make the edges smoother 5-6. ✨ felting ✨ 7. Tracing the pattern I want on his face, I kind of just made this one up on the spot, and it worked and I thought it looked cool 8-10. Painting! This took /forever/, I swear I was going to turn into a shrimp my posture was so bad from making sure the details stayed intact. 11. Rough doodle of what I wanted it to look like 12. Added teeth, fur, and the pipe cleaner base for the antenna, which will be added at the end. 13. The back, stunning /ref 14. Cut out the antenna! There was actually 4 individual pieces of felt used, two for each antenna so it could wrap around the pipe cleaner base. 15. Finished! :D 16. BLEHHHHHHH >:D
