The fear of many holes. Trypophobia is a purely stone being, likely a statue, but something inside it, or the statue itself, is breathing. Trypophobia has many holes over it's body, and strange spikes on it's back. Sometimes, the holes glow blue, and we've tried to see what's inside, but those who get close end up dying. Trypophobia has been seen to kill those who look away form it and remain in it's general vicinity. This, however, does not affect cameras. People can peacefully watch a camera from a distance, and it will move as it is not directly observed. It is fast, blurry in motion, and known for breaking bones or snapping necks. The entity is fireproof, even lavaproof, and has sustained many attacks with minor cracks that regenerate over time. The only way theoretically possible to kill it is to do so much damage to it all at once. Trypophobia was found in a deep, dark cave next to plenty of stalagmites and stalactites, which could explain it's stony texture and spike formations on it's back.
