Allies receive +2 on rolls for turn order. ITEMS: Snack Pack - Phebi is always accruing random snacks and knick-knacks. Phebi can eat a snack to gain a small amount of HP. The amount of snacks for a battle is rolled alongside initiative on a D6. Note Pad - Phebi hasn't got an especially sharp mind yet for absorbing/retaining information, so they keep a notepad for recording their learnings. Phebi can look at their notes to gain a small boost on entomology rolls for the next few turns. Feathered Hat - Phebi loves the color blue, more specifically cobalt, like the feather.
