hand throw is a projectile throw if it hits the killer stuns for (X) amount of seconds charge up is basically a teleport both ability s should have a cool down of 30 to 20 seconds for hand throw and around 50 to 60 seconds for charge up and also this was just fun to do I don't care if I get in or not
