(ex. a 10 year old who goes by cat/catself online gets yelled at by a 16 year old alt right wannabe because "it's stupid, this is such a chronically online issue" who then gets yelled at by a 16 year old Che Guevara stan because "it matters to cat and cat should be able to use whatever pronouns cat wants" as if that makes a difference to an issue affecting 0 people offline while the 10 year old is completely oblivious to the two people using cat to make themselves look good.) it gets to a point, though- so many people scream about change and never try to make any themselves. do you want to know why you think right wingers are winning over your government? because they don't sit on tumblr every day doing nothing and thinking it's going to change things. no matter how admirable your mission is you don't DO anything. that's the point of failure for the left on a global scale. you have money? then donate it. go help the cause. you have time and a working body? use it. protest in the streets, do whatever. run for office, organize people, teach and fight back, but most importantly, LEARN. knowledge in the hands of a weak man is stronger than a sword in the hands of an uneducated man. so many people also like to go and fight about what niche microlabel they are. no one CARES. that doesn't make a DIFFERENCE. political ideologies are a tree. grow and branch off of one another, i adapted a lot of my takes from JT (with modifications, I would consider myself more globalist and socialist. This is because i am Jewish). don't worry about what sort of brand you are. broad terms like capitalist or conservative or. shudders. accelerationist are fine. like a compass on a map(actually no accelerationism is kind of niche.
