I have been a curator for probably almost 6 months to a year, I can't really remember. I am in the Central timezone ! I personally think I have the potential to be a good manager because I am active on the studio, I'd say I spread kindness whenever I can and I think I handle tough situations pretty well! Some flaws could be that I have taken one long break, and I might take some like 2 day breaks every once in a while. I also have school, so I may only be active on the studio from around 5-9 central (more on weekends though) Theres not much unique about me I cant lie, but I am a pretty creative person so I might think of some ideas or thoughts that could make the studio itself more unique? (such as holding games in another studio or something along the lines of that) I don't think there is much to improve on in the current studio, I think the current studios system and rules work very well. I think the responsibilities of being a manager is, to put it simply, to just be a friend to everyone. I think you need to be there for people, make sure everyone is ok, and make sure rules and such are followed. I recommend @mermaid_girl_09 because I have seen her online before, and I don't think I have anything negative to say about her! She once laughed at a joke i made on the studio and that made me happy :> I also think @w1shbone would be a good manager, I have not talked to them nor seen them online, but from their manager application, and how they have been commenting on everyones posts good luck, I think they seem like a pretty cool person and would be. a great addition to gaehives management! I don't have any specific encounters with them, but they seem like they just have a cool vibe if that makes sense :>
