Tribal reservations (+ others) within Carthaginian influence: - Most reservations given ocean access. - Reservations placed far from the central, which is reserved for urban and mining development. - Reservations placed on or near borders, so when invaders arrive they march through them. KEY POINT: This isn't some 1810 treaty trail designed to place all tribals in desolate locations. Tribes that join Carthage are welcome to stay in urban areas. Reservations are only for tribes that are unhappy with Carthaginian rule. Tribes can come and go from the reservations. Reservations are basically just private land.
