In 2020, 12 year old me decided to make a warrior cats game based on my personal OCs (surprisingly wasn't the first time.) Coding became an immediate passion of mine, and I would spend days upon days learning every corner of it that I could. Along the way, I upheld a pretty large group of friends here on scratch, and even a small platform where my mediocre mouse-drawings received enough love to go to my head LOL. Despite drifting away with time, I decided to upload the demo of HollowClan as I would've once wanted. As an almost 19 year old, I have returned to this personal account to work on yet another - you guessed it - warrior cats game. You can find both the HollowClan Demo & the new game (HushClan) demo on xostevie itch.io. [ wasd + arrows to move ] [ click to interact ] There is not much to do in this game yet, as it is unfinished. You can mature to an apprentice, but any age above that has not been coded. Not all sprites work/do anything. The artwork & coding are both of very poor quality, but it's still fun to see old projects. + a lot of cats belong to old friends and kudos to mossshadow for being my biggest inspo in 4th grade LOLLL. https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/355434915/ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/361049914/ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/380022748/ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/380531559/ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/382629986/ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/382820763/ A note for 12 year old me. Hello Lynn. Or, @scourgemoon & . Plus many more. You were, and remain, very cool. A kind of cool that you don't notice because it feels so natural. Hah, yes, yes, I know, no paparazzi please. Inside of this game I find relics of the past hidden within code. From the way you name broadcasts to the little notes you'd leave for any curious eyes. Always so full of yourself and finding ways got embarrass me 6 years later in old internet threads. I see glimpses of you when I say something so utterly cringe, I find myself thinking "My God, I really haven't changed." Thank you for having such passive outlets in the little ways like this. It feels like through this 6 year old, unfinished game that YOU advertised for months only to give up on shortly after, you and I are still one. Love, Stevie <- a fellow nickname haver. p.s. i fixed (some of) your code
