Yesterday, My mom managed to find an excellent condition hamster cage on Facebook Marketplace for only $20. She saw this same cage multiple times, But this was the first time she saw it in our area. She also seen it in PetSmart, And it was $70 there. Qucy seems to like it a lot! She was running on her new wheel included with it a lot last night. Like I said in my last project about her, We were not planning on getting a new hamster, Which is why she was stuck in a small cage for some time. But that doesn't matter now! She has a big cage with nice food and water and treats and all that good stuff! Anyways, Update on how tame she is! She doesn't await being held, So I still have to pick her up. But! She eagerly scurrys to my hand whenever I put it in there. This is because I'm usually the one who refills her water and food, And I feed her treats by putting them in the palm of my hand. She definitely knows I'm not a person to fear, Which is great! From the moment I got her, I could tell she was already used to humans. She never really bit me aside from this one time I was feeding her a treat from my hand near when I first got her, And even then it was really only a small nip.
