Territory ------------- Hidden in the flower-covered meadow is the Wildflower dynasty, named after the flowers that grow in its fields. This meadow they reside in lacks trees, but small creatures, such as mice, voles, or rabbits, are commonly found here. Forest prey, such as squirrels, are usually not found here due to the lack of trees. The camp consists of tunnels and dens which cats use for getting around. But in the middle of the dynasty is a small flower garden, tended by the sage, with a flower to represent every cat in the dynasty. A new flower is planted when a kit is born, and a flower is removed when a cat dies. -------- Roles --------- High ranks: Keeper The keeper pretty much leads the dynasty, and is in charge of announcing events such as flower-gathering and hunting seasons. The Keeper may change the rules or traditions if needed. Once they become Keeper, they take on the suffix crown. Heirs Heirs are the Keeper's kits. The Keeper will be the one who mentors them, to teach them about leading the dynasty. Heirs have the same suffixes as Buds/Leaves/Flowers depending on their age. After the Keeper dies, the oldest heir will take the role of Keeper and the suffix crown. Sage The Sage tends to ill or injured cats using herbs and cares for the flower garden growing in the camp's center. Sages never receive visions, as that is what the Seers do. Sages take on the suffix herb. Sage's Leaf This is the sage's apprentice, who learns about herbs and healing from the Sage. They also help with treating other cats and caring for the garden. They use the suffix leaf, but once they become a Sage, they use the suffix herb Seer The Seer receives visions from the gods. Seers are usually the only ones who are sent visions, and when a new Seer is chosen, they are sent their first vision by the gods. Seers do not take on apprentices, so newly-chosen Seers must learn from experience. Normal roles: Buds Buds are kits that are younger than six moons old. Buds aren't allowed to leave camp like Leaves and Flowers. Buds do not have a suffix. Leaves After a Bud turns six moons, they will become a Leaf and given a Flower to mentor them. They spend moons learning from their mentors and the ways of the Wildflower Dynasty codeword: bloom until they become Flowers themselves. They have the suffix leaf until they become Flowers. Flowers Once a Leaf is twelve moons old and has spent moons training, they will become a Flower. Flowers hunt to feed the dynasty, and fight to protect it. Some Flowers can train Leaves to become Flowers. Flowers usually have flower-related suffixes like petal, stem, poppy, and others. ------- Traditions --------- When trees release their leaves and new flowers grow, new prey is born. At the start of each Newleaf, a hunting season begins. All Flowers are sent to catch as many prey as possible, and this season lasts most of Newleaf. At the end, the Flower who caught the most prey will get first priority for prey. When Greenleaf is close to ending, most plants wilt or go dormant for Leaf-fall and Leaf-bare. Sages, Flowers, and Leaves are sent to gather herbs or flowers before they wilt. These flowers can be used as gifts for other cats, accessories, etc. --------- Rules ------- [1]. Do not attack any Wildflower Dynasty cat. [ Punishments if broken: low priority for prey, or exile depending on severity. ] [2]. Seers are forbidden from having kits, and any cat who helps keep the secret will also be punished. [ Punishments if broken: exile, or the seer or their kits die. ] [3]. Sages are allowed to have litters. [4]. All Wildflower dynasty members must listen to the Keeper and what they say. [ Punishments if broken: chores, low priority for prey, or exile depending on severity. ] [5]. Half-dynasty or half-loner relationships/litters are allowed in this dynasty.
