hope u guys enjoy this ^^ Overview Sector > After the constant Bulgarian victories militarily and diplomatically within the continent of Europe, Boris would restore the monarchy within the Bulgarian State, with himself at its throne. He would hold major positions of power still, although the end of the “democratic ways” of the Republic of Bulgaria would officially come to an end. The National Syndical Authority of Bulgaria would end and a new name to represent the state of the country would ensure, that being the Tsardom of Bulgaria. A new way of Bulgaria seems to be coming, as Boris is crowned emperor of the Bulgarian people for life. The Bulgarian public reacts with surprise with the proclamation of the restoration of the monarchy, although not much would change as Boris had already had absolute power over the Bulgarian nation. Metals would be appointed to Boris as his major successes in reforming the Bulgarian nation into the major power in the Balkans and once again achieving Bulgarian independence over the Cypriots. From a military junta under his command, to a “democratic” government, to an authoritarian regime, and now an authoritarian monarchist government, may the Bulgarian state further to prosper during the reign of emperor Boris. Military Sector > Emperor Boris is far from stopping the major improvements of his nation and rather his distrust of the Cypriot nation to our south would see further expansion in preparations for another spark in the Balkan peninsula. He would order conscription laws that forces the hand of all 18 year olds to 30 years of age to be enrolled into the military forces. It is mandatory for them to serve the military for 3 years until being eligible to leave the military, although the pay for being a soldier and roles in the military would increase as an incentive to get people to stay in the military longer. This would result in a grand increase of our military, which would be a jump to 9 million Bulgarians soldiers in the military and receiving military training. We would also invoke more conscription laws that forces the Serbians, Hellenics, Romanians, and really anyone living in our country actively to service and fight for us. They would also be required to serve for 3 years and those 18-30 would be enlisted. This would result in a jump from around 1 million to around 4 million of non-ethnic Bulgarians fighting for us, although we would make sure these people are throughly Bulgarianized as noted from my Bulgarianization project. This would total to around 13 million total forces actively in the Bulgarian military in case of times of conflict or need. We would still have a reserve army, which these people wouldn’t be active as compared to the active ones, they would still receive mandatory military training every now and then as to prepare them in case of desperate circumstances. The reserve army would consist of around 5 million potential active forces. We would have around 13 million active forces and around 5 million potential soldiers that could be moved up to the active armed forces. Training exercises would be carried out and they would be strict, like harsh drills, loyalty exercises, bravery, physical training, discipline, etc. We would demand the total respect of the public for the armed forces, praising them for their services and courage for the nation. It would be mandatory for citizens to pay respects to the armed forces and educational centers and schools would throughly have to educate the youth about the importance of the military. Stories about the courage of the Bulgarian fighters from the Second Bulgarian-Cypriot war would be told as to motivate them as to possibly join the armed forces when they grow of age as well as more importantly, just to further respect the Bulgarian military. Military culture would be strengthened with these efforts, if I had to tie this historically we would try to reach the same level of the likes of Prussia, and pre-WW1 Bulgaria and Germany. Pro-Natalist Polities Sector > In order to expand the Bulgarian population, we would pass several polities that are pro-natalist in order to increase the population of Bulgaria even more exponentially. These policies would consist of banning abortion throughout the country, making it illegal for any person of medical background to perform an abortion, as well as providing economic support from the government if a child happens to spawn into the world, time off from work for the mother as to care for the child, cheaper educational cost that would be provided by the government and paid by the government if the child is of age for education, metals and economic assistance in case if a family decides to have a lot of children (each metal and assistance would be given out like if the family has 3 or more children and the more children thd better the metal and rewards money-wise). We would allow these rewards to be given out to families who have adopted children(s) if they are taking care of
[CONTINUATION] of the children that may or may not be related by blood and heritage. Tax breaks would also be offered to these families as taking care and providing from children is difficult. As a result of these pro-natalist policies being passed, our population would grow from around 170 million people (~2405) to around 220 million as of 2408. This number would continue to grow greatly however as we still believe in the importance of a large Bulgarian population in the nation of Bulgaria. Results Sector > Government: Authoritarian Monarchy “Soft Despotism” > Active Military: ~13 Million > Reserve Forces: ~5 Million > Military Culture > Population: ~220 Million
