Treaty of Warsaw 1. Creation of a Socialist ethnic Polish State A Polish Soviet Satellite state should be created in order to act as a buffer zone, as well as prevent further attacks on the frontlines. The State may be fully organized and occupied by the Soviet Union for the next five years. Afterwards, the Polish State must be given full independence to serve as an actual buffer state. 2. All Hostilities Cease Immediately All hostilities on the Eastern Front must stop permanently. Borders will remain gridlocked as what is shown until further arrangements may be made, or temporary governments are established. 3. Withdrawal from the Allied Powers The Soviet Union must withdraw from the Allied Powers and all arrangements made with the Allied Powers immediately, as this would signal the end of the World War and the Eastern Front as a whole. 4. Temporary Spheres of Influence The German Reich will not influence, attack, or change any part of the Polish State, Baltic States, or the Eastern Balkans. In return, the Soviets must agree to leave Yugoslavia, Croatia, and remove their political presence from Western Balkans. 5. Reparations No Reparations will be paid to either side. Signing this treaty recognizes this, and gives up the right to claim reparations on a later date. 6. The Exchange of Prisoners Soviet-German Prisoners should be exchanged within Warsaw every few months. This would ensure that both states may keep each other in check, as well as ensure the return of prisoners from both sides. Mutual Leverage is key.
