So there are 2 ways to draw on scratch drawing on paper and drawing it. which you usesly do for fun and not for coding. You could draw on scratch, which is used for coding. (You could use Photostop, but I don't know if it will work.) art realy dosnt need a lesson. What you need is practice. if you want to do that, draw on scratch ofton to practice. probly every day if you have time
