Hey guys... Lately, I’ve been struggling a bit with school and life in general. I’m having a hard time keeping up with my grades, and no matter how much I try, it feels like I’m always behind. Mentally, I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed and not like myself. Everything feels kind of heavy and hard to manage. Physically too, I’ve been feeling drained and low on energy most days. I’m trying my best, even if it doesn’t always show. I just needed to get this out. So, I wish for your'e help... I've done 6 push-ups Iv'e rested once I've drew 2 cute animals I was outside for 22 minutes I called myself pretty, I called myself awesome, I called myself amaxzing I drank two sips while doing a healthy activity I drank 3 cups of water
