The BG is where he lived/he was tortured by his adopted sibs bc he looks weird to them. His parents also hated him ='c So he got a bracelet that would st4b him everytime he went crazy or hurt someone. But that's when the parents knew that they and the sibs were the reason and the ones Carthage was hunting. Poor Carthage never lived a normal life.... He killed the family that hurt him...... He.....Isn't.... Normal....... Good news is he found my other OC's and they loved who he was and they all live as one big family now =3
