some evolutionary aspects of it cause I'm a nerd? cool Downwards facing ears - Drains salt water Small noses - Helps prevent sea water from entering nose Large eyes - Underwater vision and tearducts to filter salt Fins - Covers soft areas, softer tissue Paddles - Covers areas that don't move as often, minus limbs used to paddle. Thick limbs - used for steering Stripes - Lighter and downwards facing that camoflauge with light from above. Thick fur - insulates body from water, keeps salt out of gills Gills - breathing in water Eye scale patches - reflects water around them, allowing them to see further than their peripheral vision usually allows. Hook claws - catching fish Tails - allows for quick steering and sharp turning This - fun
