Since the Texans just sent a fleet of ships into enemy territory we decide to send a fleet of submarines and naval bombers to engage the enemy fleet. The Naval Bombers engage off the coast of the United States, taking out a good part of the fleet before they are either shot down or forced to retreat. The Submarine Fleet is waiting up by the coast of Nova Scotia where they pick off the rest of the fleet from under the water, denying their resupply.
