This is a music sequencer project in the style of a 1977 home computer. When it starts, it will play through a set of five short tunes. You can make your own tunes by moving the existing blocks or by dragging new blocks from the upper left hand corner down into the area below the dotted line. Most of the words on the screen are clickable. Click on one of the dots in the dotted line to play your song from that point. Keys to use: ! Stops playing the introduction 1 to 5 loads a pre-saved song 1 though 5 + speeds up the song - slows down the song X while your mouse is over a block will cause the block to be deleted. S - hidden menu to let you move the saved song into one of the numbered spots. (You need to first save the song by clicking on the word “save”.)
By the light of the silvery moon. Row, row, row your boat. Raiders of the lost something. I’ve tried to make this project sound like the Radio Shack 1977 TRS-80 computer which could not make sounds unless you purchased the optional $10 speaker and connected it to the cassette recorder output. Even then it could only play one note at a time and the only possible sound was a square wave.
